Leadership Team
Ryan Waguespack
CEO
Ryan Waguespack is the CEO of Iberia Advisory, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. As the founder of Iberia, he is committed to helping federal agencies address financial management challenges.
Ryan has supported the Federal government as a financial management consultant following his distinguished military career. He has led numerous project teams and assisted organizations in attaining their goals in audit readiness, budget execution, and business process reengineering by developing and implementing solutions.
Ryan graduated from the United States Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management. He also has several other industry certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
Erica Mehm
President
Erica Mehm is the President of Iberia, responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction, growth, and delivery activities. She leads the team supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Financial Management & Comptroller (OASN (FM&C)).
Erica joins Iberia with 13 years of consulting experience and a passion for helping her clients with technology transformation with an audit-ready posture. She is a former Deloitte Senior Manager, where she led multiple Financial Management, Internal Controls, Audit Readiness, Data Analytics, and Organization Transformation projects.
Erica holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Ben Jones
Vice President
Ben Jones is Iberia’s Vice President, helping drive the company’s strategic operations, including the marketing, human capital, and corporate strategy efforts.
Ben Jones brings to Iberia nearly 20 years of management consulting, business operations, and communications experience in the federal, commercial, and international development sectors, closely advising industry leaders on strategic positioning, execution, and messaging. He joined from Deloitte, where he managed a portfolio of marketplace and board activities for the firm’s Chief Growth Officer, oversaw the Program Management Office for the U.S. Navy Financial Management Operations office, and led marketing for Deloitte’s international development account. He previously supported USAID and the U.S. Departments of State & Justice in a variety of project management and communications capacities. Ben earned his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 2015 and his graduate degree in the History of International Relations from the London School of Economics in 2006. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
